CONTENT OF THE COURSE
The course consists of a wide range of activities, ranging from interactive discussions to small group role plays and personal practice by being challenged throughout the day in
conditions replicating interview situations. Throughout the day, you will improve your interview technique by learning:
 How to perform confidently in role plays/ consultation simulation
How to approach and stand out in group discussions
How to handle Stage 3 task prioritisation questions

Important ethical and NHS issues will be raised during the course as part of the feedback and discussions on role plays and group exercises. Because each course only has 12 participants, everyone will have plenty of opportunities to practice and to get feedback about their own performance.
