If you are unable to make the course that you originally booked, it may be possible to postpone your booking to an alternative published date.  You should, in the first instance, email us at enquiries@iscmedical.co.uk with your details, confirmation number and booked course date, together with the date and venue of the course which you would like to transfer on to.  We will endeavour to transfer your booking and will confirm this by email.

Please note that we can only accept requests for transfers onto courses which are being advertised at the time of request.  We cannot accept requests to hold money on behalf of clients until a suitable course become available.  If you wish to postpone a course booking on to an undertermined course in the future, you will need to cancel your booking and book again in the future when a suitable date arises.
