FAQs

When you place an order for one of our downloads, within a few minutes you should receive the following email notifications:

1. an order confirmation setting out the products purchased and summarising our terms and conditions
2. a confirmation of payment originating from Worldpay, the card-handling company owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland
3. and, if you have ordered a downloadable product, an email providing a clickable link to start the download process.

If you have not received any of these emails then please check your junk mail and spam folders.  We often find that the email which gives you the information on how to download the product you have just purchased, may have found its way into junk or spam.

If you have ordered a downloadable product, but the email attaching the link cannot be found either in your normal inbox or in your junk/spam folders, then please contact us at enquiries@iscmedical.co.uk
