If you are unable to attend an ISC Medical course which you have booked, you should firstly consider transferring your place to an alternative date.  If this is not possible then requests for cancellation must be made by telephone on 0845 226 9487 and confirmed by email at enquiries@iscmedical.co.uk.  The effective time of cancellation will be taken as the date and time on which we receive written confirmation.
