Increasingly, interview panels require
candidates to make a five to ten-minute presentation at the start of an
interview. Subjects vary across specialties and grades, but usually
revolve around the future of the specialty, the main issues affecting
your specialty over the next ten years or even how you would propose to
alter the way their unit is organised.
We have the expertise to help you
project your message well and make an strong impact.

Description of the service
The presentation skills service
can be provided face-to-face or over the phone and functions as
follows:
-
You prepare an outline of your
presentation and gather your ideas on the subject before your
session with us. This can be on paper or on PowerPoint.
-
We listen to your draft presentation and provide feedback about
its content, structure, ease of understanding and your delivery.
-
We then work with you on each of these
areas in order to improve your message and help you present it in a
succinct and efficient manner.
-
We help you revise your handouts/slides
and improve your delivery.
