What does a one-to-one session involve?

Our one-to-one interview sessions last two hours and are completely tailored to your needs and your personal circumstances.

They cover all the important aspects of interviews, from general skills to ethical/difficult work scenarios, current issues, clinical governance, etc

A typical session is conducted as follows:

• A 20-30 minute mock interview. This enables us to test different aspects of your interview technique and to assess your weaknesses accurately. We will test you in all difficult areas of interviews.
  

• Feedback.  We will provide comprehensive feedback on your performance and identify the areas on which more work is needed to fine-tune your interview technique.
  

• Interview technique building. We will work with you on specific techniques designed to overcome the weaknesses identified, using the answers you provided in the mock interview as a basis for discussion. The techniques will help you build strong answers that present your skills, abilities and personality in the best possible light.
  

• Technique refining. Using our comprehensive bank of interview questions, we will then work with you on deriving comprehensive answers to the questions you find most difficult, thus refining your technique further.
  

• Other issues. Finally, we address body language issues, discuss common interview pitfalls and answer any questions you may have.

FREE EMAIL FOLLOW-UP: All our coaching sessions include free follow up by email between the session and your next interview.

LOCATION & COST OF ONE-TO-ONE INTERVIEW

Coaching is available weekdays at our London office as follows. Our office is centrally located, with easy access by tube and by train.

Our prices are very competitive and a two-hour session costs only £299. The fee entitles you to free email-based follow-up between the session and your next interview. MDU members are entitled to a 20% discount.
