A fully personalised service

Are you feeling nervous and require help with your preparation for your medical school interview?

We coach applicants for medical school interviews from all backgrounds, whether they are first-time applicants, gap year students, graduates or a mature applicants.

WHAT DOES A ONE-TO-ONE SESSION INVOLVE?

All sessions last two hours and are completely designed around your needs and your personal circumstances. They cover all the important aspects of interviews for all medical schools, ranging from motivation questions to questions on general skills ethics and difficult ethical scenarios, current issues, NHS politics and other current topics.

A typical session is conducted as follows:

  • A 20-30 minute practice interview, which enables us to test you performance at interviews and identify any weak areas. This is followed by comprehensive constructive feedback.

  • Interview technique building. We will discuss with you specific techniques that you use to introduce content and structure in your answers, and to overcome the weaknesses identified during the practice interview. The techniques will enable you to build strong personalised answers that you can deliver in a natural and confident manner.

  • Technique refining. Using our comprehensive bank of interview questions, we will then work with you on deriving comprehensive answers to the questions you find most difficult, thus refining your technique further.

  • Other issues. Finally, we address body language issues, discuss common interview pitfalls and answer any questions you may have.

FREE EMAIL FOLLOW-UP: All our coaching sessions include free follow up by email between the session and your next interview.
