Our dedicated coaching for GP interviews (Salaried & Partnerships) will ensure that you are fully prepared for your big day!

What does a one-to-one session involve?

All sessions last two hours and are completely designed around your needs and your personal circumstances.

They cover all the important aspects of interviews, from general skills (communication, team playing, leadership, management, motivation etc) to ethical/difficult work scenarios, current issues, clinical governance, practice-based commissioning, CAB, QOF & other NHS issues and hot topics.

A typical session is conducted as follows:

A 20-30 minute mock interview, where we assess your interview technique and weaknesses. We will test you in all difficult areas of interviews.
Feedback. We will then provide comprehensive feedback on your performance.
Interview technique building. We work with you on specific techniques designed to overcome the weaknesses identified. The techniques will help you build strong answers that present your skills, abilities and personality in the best possible light.
Technique refining. Using our comprehensive bank of interview questions, we then work with you on deriving comprehensive answers to the questions you find most difficult, thus refining your technique further.
Other issues. We address body language issues, discuss common interview pitfalls and answer any questions you may have.

FREE EMAIL FOLLOW-UP: All our coaching sessions include free follow up by email between the session and your next interview.

Coaching is available weekdays at our London office as follows. Our office is centrally located, with easy access by tube and by train.

COST OF A SESSION
Our prices are very competitive and a two-hour session costs only £299. The fee also entitles you to free email-based follow-up between the session and your next interview in order to help you prepare fully.
