Dan Wood - Consultant Urologist
Dan is a consultant in Urology and is a valuable member of our team, with a teaching style highly praised by all our clients. He is a dynamic and effective teacher, with a highly participative style. He has built a reputation for creating an interactive atmosphere by providing personal, constructive, encouraging and confidence-building feedback.

Gail Allsopp - GP Partner

Gail is a partner in a North London General Practice where she has an interest in minor surgery and women's health. In addition to working as a doctor, Gail is a successful communication skills consultant working with businesses and all levels of medical personnel. She has excellent 1:1 coaching skills and consistently receives positive feedback for her group teaching. Having trained and worked as an actress she adds a unique insight into role-play and utilises these skills within all aspects of her teaching.

Olivier Picard - Managing Director & Communication/Management Specialist.

Olivier has worked for 17 years in communication, recruitment and management for large multinationals in the City of London. Married to a doctor, he has extensive knowledge and in-depth understanding of all past and current issues affecting the NHS.

He is renowned for his enthusiastic and dynamic style of teaching. His feedback indicates that he has a strong ability to encourage participation and get the best out of his clients by helping them reach the best conclusion. His friendly and direct approach is often commented upon as helping all candidates gain a high level of confidence.

Olivier is a frequent and popular speaker at external events such as recruitment fairs, NHS trusts meetings and training sessions as well as medical schools. He is involved in coaching candidates applying to consultant and ST posts, as well as medical school applicants. He is also involved in coaching candidates applying to Salaried and Partnership GP posts. He is the author of several respected guides and has also written multiple articles on interview skills throughout the years.

We do not put you in theatres with hundreds of other people. We provide a service which guarantees that you will get personal attention. Even our group courses only have small numbers of candidates (15 for ST, 12 for GPST, 6 for Consultants). Some of our competitors have 50, 100 or even 200 people and they charge more for the pleasure!
